Dual laparo is a CE, MFDS patented HR chitosan hydro fibre hemostatic dressing for laparoscopic surgery. Endovision's chemical process produces HR chitosan in dual laparoscopy to improve hemostasis, antimicrobial activity, toxic molecule absorption, high absorption, and moisturising effect. It is applied effectively to the area and is simple to insert and remove via trocar. It has been specially designed for blood absorption and micro bleeding control at the surgical area. Dual laparo has a greater absorption and moisturising effect than the product weight. The dual laparo easily secures the field of vision during minimally invasive surgery while also shortening the procedure time.
